I signed up for a half marathon. It will be on the 1st of December and it’s on a beach.

The number I mentioned in my previous post, 13 km or 8 miles. The most I ever ran.. I failed to mention that this was 5 years ago.

The most I ran in the last 3 years is about 7 km or about 4.3 miles.

Yesterday, I ran 10 km (6.2 miles).

I had to stop in the middle because my blood sugar level was getting dangerously low (or that’s what I tell myself to sleep well at night).

I got a protein bar and continued. I had to use quite a lot of willpower to even be able to finish. No injuries though so I’m quite happy.

I also did 6 bench presses of 65 kg (143 lbs), so I’m quite confident I will be able to pull of at least 1 of  86 kg (190 lbs) by the end of the month.

I’m quite scared of the pullups though, I don’t think I could do 10 right now. And the deadlift: I’m at around 60 kg (132 lbs) which is really bad for my weight but I’m scared to fuck up my back…
